We provide fixed fee scales which are available upon request.
Starting 2022, we charge fixed fees for first consultation to determine whether we are the right advocate and solicitor for your needs, and if so, there is a fixed charge to open a file.

About Me
Legal Advisory & Dispute Resolution
Messrs Azira Aziz, a human rights oriented law firm providing corporate advisory, civil litigation, contract, family, wills and probate solutions.
I prevent problems before it arises and ensure that your business is protected at every step as you grow covering Malaysia, Singapore and ASEAN region. Our service covers almost all business aspects ranging from governance and compliance issues to contracts drafting.
In my legal, activism and human rights work I have been interviewed by the Al Jazeera, Astro Awani, Bernama, The Malaysian Insight etc and my cases reported and writing published in local and regional news. I graduated with a Masters of Public Policy from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore in 2018, and Law Degrees (Bachelor in Legal Studies & LLB Hons) from UiTM Shah Alam in 2010 and 2011.
Areas of interest include child rights, women’s rights, good governance and institutional reforms, local and international politics, civil rights and PC Gaming.

Preparing to Meet
Before the meeting
Make a written list of questions that you have and state clearly what you would like to accomplish from our meeting.
Gather all documentation relevant to your enquiry/case, photocopy them if possible, and bring them to our meeting.
During the meeting
Disclose ALL information you have and know about your case. Do not be afraid or feel embarrassed about anything. This is key to establish the best strategy to approach your case, and to be able to give you a realistic estimate in terms of the duration, cost and possible end results of the case. Any information not disclosed at the beginning of the case can have a negative effect on it.
Let the lawyer know if you don’t understand any terms or points in your discussion. Don’t be afraid to ask any questions.
Make sure that before you leave our meeting, you have an understanding of the following:
What are the steps involved in your case
What is the estimated duration and costs involved in your case
What are the potential difficulties and complications with your case
What can you do to help speed things up and reduce the costs of your case
Once we start working together
Make sure you update us on any changes in your contact or employment information.
Keep your own file with all the documentation we send you throughout the duration of your case.
